Core Services

Meal Support:

The Empathy Project offers daily nutritious meals to ensure all participants have consistent access to food. Meal times also serve as community-building opportunities, creating a supportive environment for those involved.

Employment Assistance:

Participants have access to resume-building workshops, interview preparation sessions, and job search assistance. Experienced career counselors help them create professional resumes tailored to their strengths and practice mock interviews to build confidence. Additionally, the program provides transportation to interviews, removing a common logistical barrier.

Housing Resources:

The program connects individuals with housing options, helping them navigate application processes and find affordable, safe places to live. Case managers work with participants to assess their housing needs, connecting them with shelters, transitional housing, or permanent solutions.

Counseling and Referrals:

For those struggling with addiction, The Empathy Project offers access to recovery resources, including referrals to counseling services, rehabilitation programs, and support groups. This approach ensures that individuals have the support they need to overcome addiction and make lasting changes in their lives.

Case Management and Ongoing Support:

Dedicated case managers work alongside participants to create personalized action plans, set realistic goals, and follow up regularly. These efforts empower individuals, fostering independence and resilience.
